GENUINE AMY WARRANTY PROCEDURE
Step 1 : Contact the Sales Department where you purchased the product during office hours.
Step 2: Provide the basic information to the consultant and make the warranty claim.
Step 3: Bring the necessary paperwork such as the warranty card which has been filled in with the relevant and necessary information of the product. This warranty card is always attached to the box of genuine AMY products that you purchase.
Step 4: Follow the instructions of the Sales Department to check and guarantee your AMY product.

CONDITIONS FOR FREE WARRANTY OF AMY PRODUCTS
Below situations are valid with warranty policy:
1. Customers with purchase invoices and warranty card with full information.
2. After installation, the product is used under normal conditions, ie defects are not caused during the use time.
3. The warranty period stated on the card is still valid.
4. The products with technical defects due to workmanship are repaired or replaced free of charge as follows:

Faucet body and basin faucet: guaranted for 05 years
Cartridge and basin faucet : guaranted for 05 years
Shower head, handheld shower head, handle and other accessories: guaranted for 02 years

NON – WARRANTY SITUATIONS:
The situations that customers will not get free warranty service that may need to pay for repair:
1. Loss of warranty card , warranty card is torn, erased or the information on warranty card is not correct.
2. Detects due to the disassembling and remove of customers during the using time.
3. Using conditions are not guaranteed, such as in acid, salty, alkaline invironment , dirty water pipes, improper detergent ...
4. Corrosive or low –life parts such as : gasket, sieve, battery ...
5. Damage due to accidents or natural disasters, non- standard water sources, or caused by the process of improvement and construction . Detects due to the objects stuck inside the product or water is frozen.
